Notice: Return & Exchange

Dear Buyer,

If you wish to make a return or exchange during this festive season, we kindly request you to use Speed Post or a local courier service for a quicker resolution.

If we arrange a return pickup from our end, the courier company takes 10-12 days to deliver the item back to us. After that, we can proceed with shipping the exchange item or issuing a refund.

However, if you choose to use a local courier, it will only take 2-3 days for the item to reach us. In this case, we can promptly re-ship the exchange item as soon as we receive the original item.

This approach will benefit both parties, ensuring a faster delivery of the exchange item.

Please understand that due to Diwali, our return services may experience delays. Given our limited stock, if we arrange a pickup and it takes 10-12 days, there's a possibility that our stock will be depleted.

In order to process the return or exchange, we kindly request the following:

1:- You ship the item to our return address using a local courier company of your choice.
2:- You provide us with the tracking number of the package via email.
3:- Once we receive the package, it will take 1 day for our Quality Control team to inspect it.
4:- After which, we will issue a refund or ship the exchanged item to you and update you accordingly.
5:- Please note that we will not be responsible for any return courier charges.
